Sydney Airport’s T3 Domestic Terminal is elevating the travel experience with its brand-new dining precinct, featuring a curated line-up of food and beverage retailers. Since the launch in December, five exciting venues have already opened, with more set to open progressively throughout January and February 2026.

Travellers can now enjoy fresh coastal flavours from the iconic Icebergs, authentic Italian bites from Maggio’s, deluxe burgers from Slim’s Quality Burger, beautifully crafted sushi from The Sushi Platter, and vibrant dishes from Taste of Thai.

And there’s more to come! Soon, passengers will be able to savour handmade dumplings from Lotus Dumpling Bar, French-inspired delights from Loulou, street-style Mexican from Tres Tacos, comforting bowls of ramen from RaRa Ramen, refreshing juices from Top Juice, and specialty coffee from Stitch Coffee.
