These terms and conditions are effective as of 14 January 2026.
By entering and remaining in this car park you enter into a contract with Sydney Airport Corporation Limited (ABN 62 082 578 809) (“SACL”) upon these terms and conditions.
Certain aspects of this car park are managed and operated by SACL’s agents. All rights conferred upon SACL in these terms and conditions can be exercised by SACL or its agents.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must not enter the car park, or, if you can not turn around then you may enter the car park but must exit immediately.

You must collect and retain the parking ticket issued to you on entry to the car park.

You must pay the applicable fee for your use of the car park. Payment by debit or credit card will incur a Payment Method Surcharge: Visa - 0.9%, MasterCard - 0.9%, American Express - 1.6%, Diners Club - 2.4%, PayPal - 1%.

We may not permit your vehicle to exit the car park until – where applicable: a. a valid parking ticket is presented to the attendant and the applicable fee is paid; b. a valid parking ticket is accepted by an exit payment machine and the applicable fee is paid; c. a valid Sydney Airport parking authority is presented to the attendant or accepted by an exit payment machine; d. a valid parking ticket is accepted by the exit payment machine, together with payment of any applicable fee by a valid credit card;
e. in circumstances where you have misplaced the parking ticket issued to you on entry , you must pay the applicable ’Lost ticket’ fee for tickets that are misplaced or otherwise lost. This fee is as prescribed upon the rate boards at the car park entry. -
The Australian Road Rules and the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997 apply and are enforced at Sydney Airport and you must comply with these rules and regulations. Fines are payable by you for non-compliance.

You must: a. not enter public free parking zones if you are conducting commercial activities, for example, TV plated vehicles and courtesy buses; b. not cause any obstructions, including parking across more than one bay; c. not park in a disabled bay without displaying a current disability permit; and d. comply with all parking signs, permit zones and directions issued to you by Sydney Airport or its representatives.

If you fail to comply with clause 6(b) by parking across more than one bay so that no other vehicle has reasonable opportunity to park in that bay, you must pay an additional amount equivalent to two times the fee that would be payable by you if clause 6(b) was not breached.

SYD will use due care and skill in providing you with car park services, and endeavour to provide them in a safe and controlled environment. However, using our car park raises inherent risks you should be aware of. These include the risk of: damage being caused to persons, vehicles or other property by third party drivers, pedestrians and other persons; hazards created by weather and environmental conditions; theft or malicious damage; and malfunctioning equipment such as lighting, lifts, boom gates, electric vehicle chargers or ticket and payment systems. When using our car park, you are required to take reasonable care to avoid damage to yourself, other persons, and SYD and third-party property. The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) sets out certain guarantees that may apply to the supply of goods or services by us. These guarantees give you rights that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. The exclusion of guarantees and warranties, and the limitation of liability, in these terms and conditions, apply subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted under the ACL, if the services supplied to you are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, SYD limits its liability for failure to comply with such a consumer guarantee to either: : a. supplying the services to you again; or b. the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Sydney Airport, its agents or its representatives may enter, move or tow away your vehicle for operational or safety reasons.

In all other cases not arising under the ACL, our liability (whether under contract, statute, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) to you for loss suffered is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law to the fees actually paid by you to us in connection with the circumstances in which such liability arose, except to the extent it arises from fraud, negligence or default by SYD, its officers, employees, contractors or agents.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the ACL), neither of us will be liable to the other for any incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages.

Sydney Airport, its agents or its representatives may enter, move or tow away your vehicle for operational or safety reasons. If we have to tow your vehicle as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions, you must pay our reasonable costs for towing and storage of your vehicle.

You agree that if your vehicle appears to be abandoned in the car park or on Sydney Airport land, Sydney Airport, its agents or representatives may move and/or dispose of your vehicle in accordance with the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997 (Cth). For the avoidance of doubt and to the extent permitted by law, this agreement replaces any other statute which may otherwise apply in relation to the removal or disposal of the vehicle, including the Uncollected Goods Act 1995 (NSW).

If your vehicle remains unclaimed after 3 months, Sydney Airport reserves the right to tow your vehicle to our nominated lot from which it will be disposed of or released through auction.

Sydney Airport uses licence plate recognition (LPR) technology to activate and verify bookings, and close circuit television (CCTV) to monitor its carparks and associated areas for security and operational purposes. These technologies are operational at all times. You accept the use of LPR and CCTV technology, and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your licence plate and any other personal information you provide to us for this purpose.
